Which fabrication services do you offer?
We offer CNC laser cutting, sheet metal bending, MIG welding, TIG welding, and 3D printing and 3D scanning. All five services run in-house at our Brampton shop, so multi-process jobs never leave the building.
Can one order include multiple services?
Yes, and most orders do. A typical job is laser cut, bent, and welded as one project under one quote. You send a single file and receive finished parts.
How do I know which welding process my part needs?
As a general rule, MIG suits structural steel and production volume, while TIG suits stainless steel, aluminum, and joints that will be visible. Send us your drawing and we will recommend the right process.
What thicknesses can you fabricate?
Steel and aluminum from 22 gauge up to 3/4 inch, and stainless steel from 22 gauge up to 1/2 inch, across cutting and bending services.
Do you handle prototypes or only production runs?
Both. We build one-off proof-of-concept pieces, short runs, and repeat production orders on the same equipment and to the same standard.
What if I do not have a CAD file?
Send a dimensioned sketch or a PDF, or bring us the physical part. Our 3D scanning service can reverse engineer an existing component into a production-ready file.
Do you outsource any part of the process?
No. Cutting, bending, welding, and 3D work all happen in our Brampton facility, which keeps lead times short and tolerances consistent from process to process.
How long does a typical job take?
Lead times depend on material, complexity, and volume, but keeping every process in-house means no waiting between vendors. Ask for a turnaround estimate with your quote and we will build the schedule around your deadline.
Where are you located and where do you deliver?
Our shop is at 240 Clarence Street, Unit 8 in Brampton, Ontario. Clients pick up locally or we arrange delivery across the GTA and throughout Ontario.
How do I get a quote?
You have to just fill out the form and upload your file: (PDF, sketch, etc…). Tell us the material, thickness, and quantity, and we will handle the rest.
